All the folks at the Baltimore City Legal Aid office should have something nice done for them to show how much much they are valued, appreciated, respected, and loved.

Horrible customer service. The person I spoke to was very short with her responses when I needed answers to my specific questions. What are you there for if you are not going to help the people calling. Please look elsewhere for help.

They are lazy, they told me were unable to help me because I was guilty but I went to court and defended myself and was told that I still have rights. It seems they only want to do open and shut cases, they do not want to actually do the work and defend someone with complications.
The staff is decent, some are more inviting than others. They are attorneys so I can understand being a cold person. (Based off the 8 I have met)
Lastly do not come here if you want to start a lawsuit, they only help those who need defending in open shut cases.
