I've previously filed taxes with Tuscaloosa Tax Pro. My experience with the staff was very helpful and reliable. I was excited when I realized that I could possibly be employed with such an comfortable and friendly environment. This year I am a Tax student at Tuscaloosa Tax Pro. I've worked hands on with the staff and gained knowledge in being a tax preparer. Tuscaloosa Tax Pros staff does a very good job at making sure I'm not only educated but also comfortable when it comes to preparing tax returns.This environment is very cozy but yet very professional. I love when a company/small business is ran by a real people who knows what they are doing and not to mention with Tuscaloosa Tax Pro & Credit Restoration you get treated like a person and not a number as those bigger chains you are just a number as they see hundreds of people! I'm sorry but I would rather have a conversation with my tax preparer and make sure we covered everything that happened! You don't get service like that with big chains. Stay local support small business and get your taxes done here! Tuscaloosa Tax Pro & Credit Restoration is good this would be my second year filing with them!!!

Rated 5 stars because ZERO stars is not an option.

Good thing I wasn't being hauled off to IRS jail since It's been over 2 weeks and still no return call.

I called the Tuscaloosa Tax Pro office in October '21 to have 2 years taxes done along with checking over returns for the last 5 years.

The lady that answered the phone said nobody was in the office but she would pass the message along.
