I have had Texas Legal for probably about 20 years. Never had an issue with them until this year. I called looking for a real estate attorney & was told one would call me back within 24 hours. After 24 hours I called them back. Again, I was told 24 hours. Again, no return call. I sent an email. Was told, basically, sorry. If you still need an attorney let us know. Really? I wouldn't have called if I didn't!

I have been with Texas legal for over 23-years and have had better times I call for legal advice sometimes they call you back and sometimes they don't I am having a problem with getting a consumer protection lawyer close to where I live at once about a time lawyers were more plenty to choose from now there's only a few hope things get better because I would like to stay on as a member but seems like I am paying for services that are not rendered.

I have been with Texas Legal for more than 10 years. I used to receive great service. These last 3 to 4 years have not been well. I have been given attorneys who aren't honest, I call the hotline and rarely receive the call back answering my questions, and the young ladies who answer ask me if I know what type of attorney could answer my question. I then wonder, if I knew that, I would not be calling the hotline. I have gone on the website and attempted to find attorneys on my own who do not return calls. I have had attorneys for a question bill for a consult and when I let Texas Legal know it was through the hotline, they said don't worry about it. And then, they raised the monthly service.

I was a member for 20 years...I only used the services a few times, the biggest issue was for the probate for my mother's estate. Got connected to a great young attorney who did a fantastic job helping me through the process, including traveling from Austin to Houston to appear in probate court in person. He did such a good job that afterwards he helped my husband and I complete our entire estate planning! You just never know what might come up...I was grateful to have the service.

I worked with Kathy Clark of Texas Legal to "revise" my membership when I realized I had not taken my ex-wife off of my plan (15 years since the divorce). Kathy was very professional and went out of her way to make sure my plan was properly updated. Currently using my Texas Legal plan to create my estate planning documents. I highly recommend Texas Legal to cover the majority of your legal needs.

I spoke with Brooke Mosley today. It was the first time calling their office and was amazed how helpful, kind and professional Ms. Mosley interacted with me. The information i needed was provided over the phone very quickly and followed up with an email. She provided quality customer service!

The coverage and limitations of coverage were explained in detail by information available on the website and by the Member Services Team Representative I spoke with. The only suggestion I can make is to add more available attorneys to the Odessa/Midland area. Availability of Attorney's was limited in my area. The attorney that assisted me worked for a firm that was local but she was from the Austin area. Hardly any options for attorney's in the Odessa area. I had a good level of communication with the Attorney that I worked with. Most of our communication was via e-mail. I was contacted within one day to do an over-the-phone consultation after I contacted the Member Services line. Overall I'm very satisfied with the level of service I received.

Texas Legal is a must in this day and age. Any type of business transaction requires an attorney and Texas Legal has a great list of excellent attorneys to choose from for any legal situation you may need. I highly recommend Texas Legal to everyone.
