I'm surprised this business is still operating. I was charged $89 for a 11oz package using usps express. I was then told that my overnight express would not be to Florida until Monday. I took my receipt from Pak Mail to a postal employee who called her spoke to her Post Office supervisor. I was overcharged by $58 and had I gone directly to the post office my package would have arrived next day. The post office worker explained that people are using this Pak Mail since the post office on Woodruff Road closed. I am all about convinces but not overpaying by that much for a package to be delivered 2 days later than it should be. Next time I will drive further for the Post Office

Exceptional customer service and very efficient! I accidentally left an item out of one of my packages and did not realize until 15 min after they closed. I called and they were so accommodating/ offered to hold my package until I got up there. Great experience!

The owners of the store are very friendly and efficient....the new lady they hired has very poor customer service. I handed her my card, and she literally aggressively slammed my card and my receipt down onto the counter, even when my hand was out to receive both. I don't take kindly to gestures like that, because I feel laying money on the counter is a sign of disrespect. Don't take a job in customer service, if you can't deal with customers. Just a word of advice.

There's a woman at this location who takes forever! This was my third experience with her over the course of a year. The first and second times, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking she was new. Here we are several months later and she's still massively slow. This afternoon, my daughter mailed three small books to three different addresses in SC. Guess how long we were standing there; 20 minutes! We almost missed an appointment because of her. The other guy (I think he's the owner) helped four people in the time it took this woman. This Pak Mail has lost my business. Even though it's totally out of the way for me, I'm going to start going to the one on Pelham Rd. It's totally worth it to not have to deal with her ever again.

Absolute rip off. I brought my own package in, and stopped here instead of driving the extra 5 minutes to the UPS store. I was charged over double what the UPS site quoted, $31 vs $15 for the same dimensions and weight. While I understand overhead costs, this is ridiculous. Save your money, make the drive.

Good location and excellent service. I always wonder why people have a hard time with paying a little extra for convenience. It just goes to show you that some people don't actually value their own time. Hey, if you want to drive around looking for a post office, feel free. I'd rather support a local business that;s providing a great service. Keep it up Pak Mail.

I have had a private mailbox at this location for almost 2 yrs now. Bairam and his staff (Crystal and Caroline) are all wonderfully friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It does take awhile to process outgoing packages, when you are paying for them, but this is caused by the software. I have had private mailboxes for over 20 yrs and this is the way all of their softwares work. They did have one other employee last year that did not do so well, and appropriately, did not last at the job. Bairam, Crystal and Caroline are all wonderful and this is the ONLY shipping location where you can drop off USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL all at one place! I highly recommend!!!
