The entire staff is incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. Such a pleasant change from our own home state. Alesha Washington and Alishia Brooks on the front desk both went above and beyond and truly exemplify southern hospitality. They're both fantastic and deserve recognition. The bed and pillows are very comfy and provided a much needed restful night. I enjoyed the fitness center, and we loved the chill time out back sitting around the pool in the evening. I'm a clean freak and was very happy with the cleanliness of the entire hotel and grounds. Nice breakfast provided and the complimentary coffee in the lobby was greatly appreciated while I got a little computer work done later in the day. There are a variety of restaurants close by, in addition to pharmacies and a Walmart if you need anything. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area.

The front desk staff were helpful and nice. The lady gave us a quiet room at the end of the hallway, which was thoughtful of her. She also gave us dinner recommendations. It's the nicest hotel off the interstate in that area. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, AC worked well, and the bathroom had plenty of space.

The family was in town for a funeral and because I’m a member - I choose to stay at this location verses the Hampton Inn where we previously stayed in the past. What a wise decision- the rate was reasonable, the accommodations clean and the location convenient! The rest of family decided to stay and DaMaris Brown was our check-in clerk- she was a delight! I applaud her professionalism and her commitment to providing exemplary customer service. She managed to get 2 separate parties a room and she did so with a smile. I was able to let her supervisor know of the great care she provided and our opinion, she is an asset to the organization.

My husband and I were in town and staying at the Holiday Inn Express in a Greenville, AL for the weekend of August 9-11 2024 for a family reunion. Our family occupied several of room and my husband and I had a suite on the first floor. In the wee hours Saturday morning, we were woken up by a group of people hanging out in the lobby between 3:30 - 4:00am. My husband left the room a s took a walk o discover what was going on. I could never get back to sleep. The next evening I approached the front desk and spoke with Faye who is a manager there. I expressed what had happened the night before and that my husband recognized the same group of people congregating in the lobby again. Faye apologized and said she would be working the night shift and she would insure it didn’t happen again. The next morning Faye was still there and saw me getting coffee. She asked if I was able to sleep. I told her “yes”! She stated that she did have words with the group of people and they were not pleased. She explained that after the conversation most of them left because they were not guests at the hotel and those that remained went to their room. I was very thankful that she did so and is a great representative for Holiday Inn Express.
I was also very impressed with the rest of the staff. Mary who set up breakfast is so very kind and gracious!

We usually stay down the street when we travel through but everything was sold out so we tried this place. Rooms were clean, bathrooms clean, breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly. I’m kinda picky when it comes to staying in a hotel but this is definitely my new place to stay

The person at the front desk (Fay) was an exceptional individual. She was warm, friendly and informative. Above everything, I noticed how she treated the staff - with respect, encouragement and like family. The atmosphere there was welcoming, the rooms and building were clean. A representation of stellar management. I would definitely be returning. Thanks Fay- keep up the great work building a strong team!

I normally do not review a hotel before staying the 1st night but I was wowed by the size of the rooms and the friendly staff..

Morning came, now I am mad, mad that every other hotel isn't this hotel. Breakfast is amazing.

The hotel was VERY clean from the lobby to the rooms. All of the front desk guest services ladies were super nice and patient with our large group. Karen and Faye were specifically AWESOME and so friendly. They cared about our team and asked how they were doing in the tournament every time we came back to the hotel. The housekeeping ladies were always so friendly in the hall and always asked if we needed anything else and lastly, the kitchen crew were SO GREAT! They were constantly wiping surfaces, refilling food, asking if we needed anything. This is probably the best customer services and genuine care that I have had shown while staying in a hotel!!

The beds were comfortable and our room was squeaky clean! I would stay here over and over again!
