I contacted Orange County Bar looking for lawyer to represent my grandson. Happily and grateful, they referred me to the stellar, young, bright and talented attorney; Daniel Sercombe. Attorney Sercombe listened and immediately grasped the situation at hand and how best to tackle it. Attorney Sercombe’s experience as a former prosecutor enabled him to deal with the District Attorney’s Office in a way that favored the defendant in the eyes of the prosecution. While my grandson participated in a diversion program for 15 months, for a DUI, he worked diligently, completed classes, did community service. He was taken off the program days before completion, due to an incident of which he was cleared.
Daniel Sercombe contacted the D A’s office in a timely and thorough manner. He knew how to handle the process and was patient yet effective in his approach.
My initial consultation with Attorney Sercombe prompted me to hire him to represent my grandson, as I knew immediately that he was not only professional and intelligent, but, he also cared about justice for the underdog; those people stuck in the criminal justice system, who really don’t belong there. While my grandson may be a free spirited, affable young man, who has made mistakes, he is not a criminal and has demonstrated a commitment to doing the right thing and becoming an upstanding citizen.
Attorney Sercombe recognized this, and successfully conveyed these facts to the prosecution. It appears the D A ‘s office also listened.
Anthony’s Diversion was re-instated and thanks to Attorney Daniel Sercombe he has a chance to move forward with a clean record and enjoy the life he deserves.
I am so glad we got to know Attorney Sercombe, and that there are still people in thuscountry, like him, who care about

Valuable resource!!

Myra was incredibly empathetic and patient with me. My landlord was illegally keeping my security deposit and I was looking for resources.
