Amazing museum. The guy who gives the tour is incredibly knowledgeable. I learned so much about fort irwin, military, and american history. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is at fort irwin.

A wide variety of exhibits and artifacts covering the history of Fort Irwin and the surrounding area. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, courteous, and provided a very informative tour with further details that would require a guide book or wall-sized plaques at each exhibit.
Very much worth a visit!

Beautiful place to visit, but nothing was open to us because we were in processing. COVID really stinks! This place is absolutely beautiful. We were able to see coyotes all over and a couple of mules roaming around. I was hoping to see the tortoises, but no such luck! I wish we had more time to explore and the freedom to.
