Completely unorganized and chaotic. Constant issues with the pharmacy. Took a week for my doctor to sign a prescription for prenatals. I went in 3 separate times before they had to track down the doctor just for a signature. Also, the pharmacy technician is completely rude every time. I can't even believe that someone can be that miserable, rude, and disrespectful every single day. I've had multiple bad experiences here and know several people who feel the same way. I hope they improve and get better with time. They can only go up from here. Edited to say... they got worse. So apparently it can get worse ?

Honestly this clinic is about as good as not having one. It’s just wasting the governments time and money with its sheer existence. The resources are severely limited, the providers are strung out, the access to care is horrendous, and they just sit around ruining lives. I go there because I get paid to go there. Thankfully I live outside a 30 min window off base so my dependents do not have to get seen here. At least they have a fighting chance to stay healthy…

The staff were super friendly and polite. The doctor saw me quickly and was careful to find the source of my injury without causing harm to it. She explained everything she was doing during our appointment and why. Gave me instructions to reduce the risk of muscle atrophy without overdoing it… I would have probably overdone it and hurt myself otherwise. Or underdone it and ended up more hurt. She helped me understand the balance I need to strike to heal without causing more damage to my injury. Which is important for any patient who wants to heal a.s.a.p. Overall, she had a kind bedside manner, and I’m glad to have her for a doctor. I’ll make sure to follow her instructions, and I hope heal quickly.

You think it's easy for someone to seek mental help? Going in for an appointment to be turned away because they gave my spouse the wrong appointment time and even having the counselor give us attitude. What makes you think we want to reschedule to see that person? Terrible experience, thanks you really helped my spouse's mental conditions.

Almost impossible to get an appointment within the same month, no matter how serious your problem is even if you have been seen by a ER. Takes weeks for a call back when they have a max of 3 duty days to reply to your call, they will try to push your problems under a rug. A high majority of the providers are incompetent to care for patients unless you have a headache but good luck waiting for your appointment scheduled a month out .

Went to the ER and spent 6 hours there, and when I finally received my discharge orders I was told to see my PMD within 48 hours. When I got to the clinic they told me I was not allowed to see my PMD for a week since I was just in the ER. Then I was told that I had to see my PMD or have it on my Discharge (from a civilian hospital) to have quarters, or I just had to go to work by a lady who cut me off and was very rude on the phone. Worst Clinic I have ever experienced by far.

This clinic has by far been the worst I have experienced in my families military travels. My experience with this clinic has consisted of long wait times, difficulties getting in for appointments, referrals, and providers who laugh at concerns, and finally providers who don't complete required paperwork for weeks. I for one will be relieved when my family is no longer receiving their healthcare from this clinic.

This is the worst medical clinic if I could give them negative stars I would. I have ever been to in my 10 year military career. It took me 1 month just to get a prescription filled. Update: I finally got a physical therapy appointment 1 year later. On average it takes about 2 hours to fill a prescription.
