Very bad experience! I won 2 auctions each for a set of framed arrowheads. When I picked them up I was offered a 3rd that did not make into the auction (so I was told). I bought it for $100 cash. I did not receive a receipt and when I contacted Dawn Quaiser from 5280 Estate Solutions she kept telling me she would send me one. Well after a number telephone conversation it became obvious she wasn't going to give me one. I can only guess of the number of unscrupulous reasons why she refused to do so. Not a good business model lying to customers DAWN!

This is THE estate sale company to use! We hired 5280 Estate Solutions to hold an an in-house estate sale to help us maximize profit on our furniture and belongings before we downsized to a smaller home. They organized, researched, tagged, and had an amazing turnout! We HIGHLY recommend Dawn and her amazing crew!

I cannot say enough good things about Dawn and my experience with 5280 Estate Solutions. I recently had to travel to Colorado to clean out my parents’ home of 35+ years. It was an emotional and overwhelming task for me. Until I found Dawn. Dawn took this job, which felt so insurmountable to me, and made good things happen. After meeting her, I knew that me and the STUFF were in good hands. I began to actually sleep at night.
Dawn was responsive, positive, and patient. Oh so patient. Most importantly (to me) was that she treated my parents’ things with respect which made the process much easier for me to embrace.
Dawn and Lynn did an incredible job of staging and advertising the sale, which went off beautifully and brought in more money than I estimated.

Both Dawn and Lynn were incredibly nice and professional. They were kind and didn't make me feel intimidated.. because let's be real, estate sales are intimidating.
