Great caring kind people the only reason I give 1 star is because I don't think the intake process is fair at all u have to be there at like 8 0r 9 am and wait there's no appointments or consideration for people that can't make it that early because of work or health issues it's just first come first serve like they like to say but otherwise they are great just good luck waiting in line for a chance at help

I haven't been a patient since February and it's now November. They are STILL billing Mee, and THEY are who cut our business relationship. The first counselor they put Mee with was... Well, 'incompetent' doesn't completely explain it. More like apathetic and inattentive. He couldn't remember anything from the previous sessions.
And, not because of my doing, I had changed case managers 3 times.

Apparently they have trouble holding onto staff. And, the last 'doctor' I had was giving Mee lethal doses. Those are his words. Not 'if misused'. Not 'if abused'. My REGULAR does I was taking properly was a LETHAL AMOUNT!!!! SO, EVERY TIME I TOOK MY MEDS ACCORDING TO DOCTOR'S ADVICE, I could have died.

And 9 months later? They are still billing Mee, and probably also embezzling from the veterans association who is my insurance provider.

Anybody else want to call a lawyer?

Not great. I went here when I was younger.
My therapist sent me to the mental hospital for the smallest things, and it made a permanent stain on my perception of therapists.
You can do better.

they never answers the phone when you call. Voice mail is a joke. Very unavailable when you need them. My mom was waiting to go on her weekly shopping and they never showed up. No phone call or nothing. They don't care if you eat or not. But I bet there belly is full. 😡😡😡

I would like to know the rationale for mandating that 7 hours be spent out in the community 5 days a week. I have a family member currently attending this program. I understand community involvement, however I believe the time at the facility and out could be shared. It seems it would be a better fit to schedule community groups or individuals interested in providing an activity weekly/monthly to come in (a church group may provide a potluck lunch and some music or other activity) a cookout using the facility pavilion or some other community group coming in doing an art activity, music, exercise. Groups are always looking for service projects. This would be a more realistic approach to community relationships developing. If you have individuals forced on the community with limited options of places to go, not to mention restroom use it becomes more like "oh here they come again", rather than "hey Suzy nice to see you this week". Relationships will only develop when the stigma of any given disability is broken down and real people have opportunities to be themselves in a safe environment. Going out can certainly be a part of the program...but every day ALL day is not practical.

They don't listen at all and just keep trying to shove antipsychotic down my throat even though I am highly allergic and have extreme side effects.

No proper management as well as insufficient treatment options. Needs to be shut down or centra to come in and take over and fire everyone there.
